Tuesday 25th June 2019 – Dampier

It was time to get moving so we got our selves organised in the morning doing washing, some shopping, update the blog, hang the dingy on the davits and we fuelled up and took on water.

We have used 163 litres since leaving Exmouth 11 days ago / 235 nautical miles = 1.4 mpl

We left Hampton harbour around 15:30 and dropped anchor just after sunset on the south west side of Enderby Island to have dinner and to get some sleep before leaving for the Montebello Islands around 01:00.

Look at all the iron ore tankers anchored waiting to be loaded

We say goodbye to the red rocks of Dampier

The DB20 ship wrecked barge on Eaglehawk Island is not looking too good these days
